Before any genuine Apple service can be completed, Apple-authorised diagnostics are required. Think of this like a warrant-of-fitness check for your device — it validates hardware integrity, confirms the issue, and helps identify any related faults.
We can share non-proprietary results with you on-screen and talk you through the findings, as well as confirm warranty or consumer-law coverage and outline any fees (if applicable).
-
Once the issue and scope of work are confirmed, we book the repair with Apple and order the required parts (where not already in stock).
In most cases, your device will stay with us for the duration of the repair.
Some parts — such as iPhone batteries and displays — are stocked locally, meaning no lead time before we begin. When parts arrive and your device reaches the top of our queue, the repair work begins.
-
After service completion, we carry out post-repair testing, diagnostics, and calibration where required to ensure everything is performing as expected.
We’ll also give your device a clean — inside and out — so it’s returned to you in the best condition possible.
-
You can collect your device on the day of completion during our opening hours, or we can securely courier it anywhere in New Zealand.
Please note: shipping and handling fees may apply depending on location and device type.
